washington dc being a sad little kid

this is kind of old, heheh

i kept saying stuff about states i drew but i never put anything up, so here\'s washington dc. his name is george. he was raised by virginia, but he doesn\'t like talking about it. he always has good intentions but practically gets blindfolded and spun around all the time by states and just a lot of things so.

he\'s a pretty nice guy though. sometimes he just needs a break!

while he\'s dc, i think he also represents the federal government for the most part. o:

and one of the reasons the us didn\'t want to get into wwii at the beginning was because wwi had left them with this big debt mess! it was part of the very same mess that pushed germany to pursue wwii in the first place. it was why when it started helping the uk, it did thinks like CASH AND CARRY and LEND AND LEASE - so as to NOT INVOLVE ANY DEBTS!
